A red-hot Anadolu Efes team got a rare opportunity to get an extra game in during a scorching stretch, and extended their winning streak in the process.

In a makeup match for their postponed Round 23 game, Efes came out strong and pushed the pace to the end to record a 90-66 victory over Maccabi Tel Aviv on the road at Menora Mivtachim Arena in Israel. The win moved Efes to 19-10 as they claimed the second spot in the EuroLeague standings and inched closer to clinching a playoff spot.

For the second straight game, Shane Larkin led the scoring with 15 points, and he notched all of them from beyond the arc, knocking down 5-of-9 attempts from deep. Vasilije Micic also scored 15 points for Efes.

A tough challenge awaits Efes (19-10) in their second game of the week as they head to Germany to take on Bayern Munich (18-11). Tip-off is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. ET.
